  If you have the rights to create a Vionic ecommerce site, we can help you! Vionic experience is about more than our shoes, Vionic puts our consumers first and service levels must reflect that. We provide artwork on a weekly basis that you can localize to keep your site fresh.

• Before you launch your ecommerce site

  To ensure the best possible consumer experience, you must have the right team in place to support the following requirements:

  1. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  2. Users can track their orders on the website.
  3. Transactional emails sent to consumers for order confirmation, shipping confirmation, returns confirmation
  4. You have a customer care team in place and prepared to exceed consumer expectations for service:
     • Answer phones at least 8 hours each weekday, all calls are answered with no more than a 3 minute wait time
     • You have a service-centered phone system and customer service database in place (we use zen desk)
     • Reply to emails, or preferred digital method within 1 business day
  5. You provide a method of free returns and exchanges that is consistent with expectations in your market.
  6. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  7. You have development, copy writing and design resources available for daily/weekly updates to key pages, banners, marketing and product uploads, and descriptions.
